Megan Mina

Restaurant Director, Easton Porter Group

Megan Mina serves as Restaurant Director for Easton Porter Group’s Charleston properties including The Restaurant at Zero George, Wild Common, and Costa. Mina’s passion and purpose have always been centered around leading teams to craft exceptional guest experiences and thoughtfully curating award-winning beverage programs. Migrating south from New York City, Meg brings 24 years of experience from some of the most highly regarded restaurants. Her enthusiasm and pursuit of wine education, both on and off the restaurant floor, paved the way for sommelier and beverage director opportunities in places such as Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Carbone, Cafe Altro Paradiso, and Charlie Bird, to name a few. Living in Red Hook, Brooklyn for over a decade, she developed a close relationship with The Red Hook Winery, participating in harvest from 2010 through the 2018 vintage, learning about wine production from an inside perspective, and deepening her appreciation for the people and the work behind the bottle. In pursuit of additional training, Meg is a WSET Certified Educator, Diploma candidate, and Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers.

Meg’s approach is to evoke curiosity while celebrating the true community around food and beverage, highlighting wines and spirits from producers with an undeniable dedication to their craft, many whom she shares a personal connection with. Since joining Easton Porter Group in 2020, she has continually empowered the restaurant teams to drive deeper connections with guests, creating unique, memorable experiences.
