If you are joining us in Charleston for the 2nd annual Food & Wine Classic in Charleston November 14 - 16, below are a few key details to help you plan your weekend.
You should have received your e-ticket with QR code via email from SquadUP. You’lll need this to pick up your pass when you arrive in Charleston.Â
Pass Pickup Location: Charleston Gaillard Center, 95 Calhoun St. Charleston, SC
Hours of Operation:
Thursday, November 13 – 8:00am – 6:00pm
Friday, November 14 – 8:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday, November 15 – 8:00am – 12:00pm
Note: Only the first scan will be accepted. If you forward your ticket and someone else uses it, it will no longer be valid. If you are picking up a pass for someone else who is not present, you must present their e-ticket for scanning purposes in order to receive the pass.
Arrive Early for Seminars: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the seminar start time to secure your pre-registered seat. Pre-registration reserves your spot but does not guarantee a seat. Late arrivals or absences may result in forfeited seating. We appreciate your understanding that no refunds or exchanges can be provided.Â
Wear Your Pass at All Times: Your 2025 Food & Wine Classic in Charleston pass and lanyard MUST be worn to all Food & Wine Classic events. Passes are non-replaceable if lost, stolen, or transferred.
21+ Policy: All events are 21 and over, including events, cooking demos, seminars, and Grand Tastings. No infants or toddlers (including those in carriers) are permitted.
If you purchased tickets to an additional event, your e-ticket will be emailed to you on November 10th. Please have your e-ticket ready (printed or on your phone) for entry.
