Erica Blaire Roby is a Food Network Master of ‘Cue Barbecue Champion, Memphis In May Champion, award-winning competition pitmaster, sommelier, and attorney. Erica is a mainstay on NBC’s TODAY Show, Good Morning America, and local news stations around the country.

When not traveling for barbecue, Erica can be found on her ranch in Houston, Texas, tending to her multitude of farm animals and teaching the art of smoke to students at Blue Smoke Blaire’s BBQ Academy.
